Behaviour Therapist

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Behaviour Therapist, delivering evidence-based, ABA-informed intervention for children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviours.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (mandatory); additional qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a related field are an advantage
• International Behavior Therapist (IBT®) certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with developmental and behavioural disorders
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviours is preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles, with excellent observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioural assessments and collect baseline data
• Develop and implement individualised behaviour-intervention programmes under clinical supervision
• Deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills
• Manage challenging behaviours through positive behaviour-support strategies
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress records, and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and families
• Participate in parent-training sessions and multidisciplinary meetings
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in service delivery
