For families
Client Admission Handbook
Everything we explain to families, in one place — our care, our policies, your rights, and the forms you will be asked to sign. The forms are deliberately short; this handbook is where the detail behind each one lives.

Why the version matters
Each form you sign names the handbook version it is based on, so the page you signed stands on its own as a record of exactly what was agreed. If we change something that affects you, we publish a new version here and ask you to acknowledge it — we do not quietly edit the document you already signed.
Questions about anything in it
Ask any member of our team, or get in touch. You are never expected to sign something you have not had the chance to ask about.
