Special Education Expert

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Special Education Expert, supporting children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays through individualised education plans and inclusive, evidence-based teaching.

What we're looking for

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA preferred), from an HEC-recognised institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioural challenges
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, inclusive education practices, classroom accommodations, and behaviour-management strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings and collaborating with speech and occupational therapists is an advantage
• Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions; additional SEN or ASD certifications and trainings are a plus

What you'll do

• Conduct educational and developmental screenings and identify individual learning needs
• Develop, implement, and review Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
• Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, behaviour therapists, and paediatricians to ensure integrated care
• Monitor children's academic, behavioural, and social progress
• Guide and support teachers and therapists on accommodations and intervention strategies
• Conduct parent meetings and provide home-based recommendations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Help develop inclusive education programmes and transition plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and staff training
